Questions, answered
Does it send emails without me?
No. By default every reply goes to your Drafts folder and you send it yourself. You can turn on auto-send for simple, routine replies later, and even then anything about money, refunds, contracts or missing facts always waits for you.
What happens to my email? Is it private?
Emlio reads new messages only to write a reply. We never store the contents of your emails, never sell your data, and never use your email to train AI models. We keep a short activity log (sender, subject, what we did) for 90 days so you can see what happened.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It never guesses. If a reply needs a price, date, tracking number or a decision it doesn't have, it leaves a highlighted note like [CONFIRM: ship date] for you to fill in.
Which email services does it work with?
Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365, plus Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Zoho, Fastmail, GoDaddy and most email that comes with a website (anything that supports IMAP). Gmail is coming soon.
Can I cancel?
